What To Expect From Our Painting Process
Do you move furniture?
Yes. We ask that personal belongings and fragile items are removed before work begins. Where required, our team will carefully move larger furniture and fully protect surrounding areas before commencing work.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. Empire Coatings is fully QBCC licensed and fully insured, giving our clients confidence that every project is completed professionally and safely.
Do you provide colour consultations?
Absolutely. We can assist with colour selection and product recommendations or work alongside your designer, builder or architect to achieve the desired finish.
How long will my painting project take?
Every project is different depending on its size and complexity. During the quotation process we’ll provide an estimated timeframe and keep you informed throughout the project.
Do I need to leave my home while painting?
In most cases, no. We regularly complete projects in occupied homes and businesses while minimising disruption. If temporary access restrictions are required, we’ll discuss these with you before work begins.
What paint products do you use?
We use premium paint systems from trusted manufacturers, primarily Haymes Paint, selecting the most suitable products for each project’s surfaces, environment and long-term performance.
